EncTeX

EncTeX is original work of Petra Olšák from year 1997. Since this time re-encoding feature was become standard part of most TeX distributions, so EncTeX is no nonger maintained. But for small community of people preparing for example Czech/French bi-linguas, it could be still more effective way than standard web2c. So I decided to port EncTeX to latest web2c.

perfenc

Perfenc is a small program to make re-encoding table closed and create unique relation. Current Web2C has already solution for this, so it is not longer maintained.
